Dawayne Stamper Music reserves the right to change the rights granted in these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Also, if products from our online catalog are removed or changed at any time, Dawayne Stamper Music shall not be liable to you in any way.

You DO NOT have the right to:

• Redistribute downloaded products to third parties by any means.
• Rent, give, or lend downloaded products to third parties.
• Perform, show, broadcast (by any means) downloaded recordings purchased for personal use in public,
• Attempt to circumvent, alter, or in any other way modify any copy-protection technologies placed on downloads offered for sale from Dawayne Stamper Music.
• Incorporate or sample the music as a part of a new musical composition, arrangement or recording and upload to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or any other Digital Streaming Platform.

If we are unable to resolve the problem, a refund may be issued. Dawayne Stamper Music shall then have no further liability to you.
